and what about the republican christian right going after our protections of free speech? How do you defend the actions of the FCC and the Bush administration in their attempt to clean-up the "airwaves" after the super bowl wardrobe malfunction, or what ever they called it. Face it, the Bush Admin is going after anybody that doesn't care for his politics and that's why we're seeing radio and television shows all of a sudden being fined and shut down to "protect us" What a bunch of BS! If Bush and his Christian right don't like what they have to see and hear, then change the frigging station.

The FCC is stepping in because the industry cannot or will not police itself. Your right, we can change the channel or turn the dial but why do we need children listening to songs or rap about muthua ****ers, cop killers, booty lickers, ass****ers, dick suckers, wife beaters, asskickers, gangbangers and all the other wonderful lyrics that are spewed across the airwaves? The airwaves belong to everybody and not just the ones who want completly uncensored crap. IMO they are over the top and brought this down on themselves. I'm not for censorship either because this is one step closer to removing Limbaugh, Hannity and all the other conservitive talk show personalitys like the Democrats tried to do a few years ago. Bush going after anyone who doesn't care for his politics?....Indeed! The only constitutional rights the Democrats are fighting for are the ones that suit them. Remember the 2nd Ammendment? What gun grabbing Democrat supports that one?
