George, That's looking really good. Those turbo's should get some good "ram air" effect with the compressor inlets aiming straight forward and you can still access the valve covers easily.
A good source for aluminum tubing bends to pipe the compressors to the intake mainfold is "Woolf Aircraft" in Detroit area. Here's their site!.

Hello there,I love the turbo setup but i see a variation i dont think will work for you.Its the box that your building around the carb, its not needed. You can build a bonnet that goes on top of the carb. This site will have more info on blow throw turbo v8 setups.
    Go to mikestohighpsi.com and hangar18.com
check these sites out these guys are running 20 psi boost on these carb setups produce 700 to 800 horse.Hope this help for the tunning of the carb.Box would be a hassle to remove an rejet carb an reinstall.

    - Keith The injectors I'm getting are 160lb./hr. low impedance and will work for gas or alcohol.
I was told the turbo's would produce 25+ lbs boost at 6000 rpm but I think 15 lbs will be enough to make over 1000hp and suit me.

just out of curiousity...why did you decide to go with 160lb injectors instead of say, staged injectors...do you think you will be able to idle with that size of an injector?

I called the Haltech distributor and questioned him about the idle quality with 160lb
injectors and he said no problem. His boat has the same inj size and he says it idles smooth
at 600 rpm. His engine is a twin turbo 572 Arias. Low idle speed is important with his boat when putting the outdrive in and out of gear.
Here again is the Spec sheet on the Haltech ECU.

Since I last posted a picture I've disassembled the engine, honed the bores and installed new rings, bearings, had the valves and seats ground. 8 new exhaust valves.
Installed the injectors and fuel rails on the manifold.

Made a neat cable crossover linkage to operate the throttle body on the far side of the intercooler and fabricated the aluminum tubing to connect the scoop to the compressor inlet. Also welded the oil drain fittings into the oil pan and made up the turbo oil pressure and drain lines.

This silver bullet is almost ready to load and fire.
