Waterfront condo's in the channel....?

Who has one of these or info on renting one of those condo's right on the water in the channel?

those condos north of the bridge are starting at 600k. The hotel right by Javelina just opened and their rates are 200-300 per night

They are privatly owned and the CC&R's state no renting ... especially to hooligans like me....which sucks !

If you are talking about the Isles they are privately owned as Carbon Marine said. I have not seen them rented out except to seasonal snowbirds in the winter time.

The new funky looking ones south of the bridge?
The green newer ones north or the bridge?
Or the older ones north of the bridge with the nice sandy beach?
