Bikes and boats have a lot in common. I've got a wife that isn't interested in either, but at least she doesn't interfere with my enjoyment of either.
So, I'm pretty lucky.

I've been meaning to ask....is that you in the avatar? Thats an awsome bike and an impressive wheelie.
What is that? The new Kawi? I think it's the ZZ-R 1200?
Never mind, it's a Yammie FJ 1300.. (looked at name of avatar file)
Just guessing...

Yeah, it's the FJR. I do have one. That's not me, though. I tend to keep my front wheel a lot closer to the pavement. Not that the bike doesn't like to pull up that front wheel on a whim.
Great Bike. Comfortable, fast and fun.
Very nice, I agree. I saw they have a new color available in 2004 I believe. It was a gun metal blue, and it looked sweet, as does the silver. Yea I tend to let the stunt riding for someone else also! My wife's got to work this weekend, so I will actually be able to get some saddle time in, on the local mountain backroads. Live to ride....ride to brunch as I say!
In my best John Force voice; I've ridden her several times, she HOOKS HARD but last time she started to shudder right off the bat so I "back-pedaled" her a bit until she settled down. Stayed on it and kept the candles lit, we're gonna come back and do it again next round!
