The most ghetto thing I saw was a bunch of guys from the ghetto. Hairnets, tanktops, tats, baggy shorts with their undies hanging out and Raiders hats....about 15 of them in one wakeboard boat.

I saw a guy with those...he told me they were Pinto seats.
I also knew a guy who needed to drive his boat home from the upholstery shop, so he secured the hatch with a rope and some eyescrews.
