I would say it's not getting any action due to how it's listed. How the hell would you find it unless you are searching schiada?
It's listed as "SCHIADA FRESH 20 K RESTO MINT NO RESERVE!!! "
It would be better for the seller if he listed it more like:
Schiada V Drive ski race hot boat
So if you are thinking about buying the boat I'ed delete this thread.

I agree, Dave. He also started the bidding too high. Better off starting lower with a reserve.
But he sure did a lot of pictures!

That is not a steal and we have all seen beter deals. Just need to have the$ when it comes along. He doesn`t even garenty it will run. And most of all how did you get that up. He would have responses if he just said ski boat all the other stuff belongs in the discription not search tital. The hoses look old for that being a resto. Where does it say " this boat is turn key"?

    ALL BUYERS BEWARE!!!
    I'm mad !!
Funny, but I just spoke with James, the seller of this boat. I asked a few Q's about the build, etc. He SEEMED like a nice guy. But 20 minutes later he pulled the auction, with only 4 hours before the closing. I was planning on bidding. Probably a few of us were.
When I called him back to ask why he closed early, he smugly said he got an offer $10,000 HIGHER than the opening bid. All this within 20 mins.
Hmmm..... I smell big bull poo-poo.
His buyer??? coulda outbid any if us by $100 and saved around $9,900.
The fact probably is that he F'd up and didn't wanna to sell it that low.
BTW thanks adrenalineOD for your input
It caused me to re-think and calm down.
I'll bet the Schiada will be re-listed soon.
Pretty underhanded if you ask me!

Complete resto, right down to the Wally-World battery. I gotta agree with OD, those hoses were looking a bit rugged for a complete resto.

No doubt he pulled out soon as he saw someone could buy the boat for as little as 7500. Happens all the time. He probably wanted $10K for it all along.
