So I'm puttin in a freshened up 454, non roller 95 lower end .020 over. the heads are the 7400 vortec series 96' and up (puny valves, whatever) I cannot locate any flow numbers on these heads . anybody have an idea? they are the gen 6 vortec heads 100 cc chambers large oval ports. I need the numbers to choose my cam. prolly running about 9-9.5 compression. flow #'s are all I need .. unless you know a few secrets about how to clean up the ports/bowls on these peticular heads. Thanks R.B.

Nobody has any idea?.. they have approx 290 cc on the intake runners. I thought for sure somebody somewhere would have hooked these up to a flow bench. with all the good things they say about the smallblock vortecs these would do OK

Chevy High Performance magazize has a database of flow numbers. You will find links to the numbers at the bottom of the url below.
Flow numbers on Chevy Hi-Performance (http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/te...598/index.html)
