We are new to the boards. I and my wife are trying to name our boat but do not want any of the names to be offensive? We actually came up with a sweet name but it my be taken the wrong way. I need to know what you all think? The name we want is " Catch Whitee" . Our boat is all white currently. The problem I am having is that I will have everyone under the sun wanting to race or offend the minority. It is a sweet name though! Thanks for the help!!!

I think it is cool.....and so what if they want to race...they are going to try and pass you if they can regardless of name....I actually think the racial overtone to it is funny....however, you might do it in vinyl and see what issues you face

IMO....Screw the minority.
You will probably offend someone no matter what you name your boat. Thats just the way it is these days.

just so you'll know the rules around here require you to put pics of your boat up on the board and description of what it is....
I have "Kill Whitey" on my boat and haven't had any problems. I did have to change it from "Oppress Blackie" though because I got some flack.

I tried to get plates from the DMV that said "MYT YT" (Mighty Whitey) for my truck (its white, duh) and they shot it down. That was the second time they did that to me. My 73 Camaro I tried to get "F WORD". I told them it meant "fast" but they did not buy it either :yuk:
