Typically we invite people to come to a land seminar and teach them about land banking. Land is not for everyone so we offer a little education and let people decide.

No time shares here. Just prime land ready to build in a grwoing area. We sell land for people to buy and hold for the future. Land is in grwoing areas.
Does this mean you get to keep the boat?
Well the boat is not exactly priced to move but if someone wants it, SOLD. It will be a while until I get my bank account back to a healthy state.
What kind of cash do you need to invest in this land thing??
