It fired!!!!!

Finally after chasing TDC around a few times and fire that almost burnt John up, she got going. I thought with all the cranking and the starter getting stuck in CRANKING position that the cam was a goner. I didn't have the water flowing fast enough through the block the first few minutes and the block got a little warm, but it all worked out. I still have a few bugs to work out. Ok, so not everything is polished, but its running.
