Well its nice to see someone doing things right for the family.
As for the house. I dont like those sideway garages.
COme a little further east to Texas and you can do a whole hell of a lot with $300,000 as far as a home goes.
I would have loved to move to Lake Havasu or Parker. There was just no work for my wife and I in those areas. I would be worried about my daughter growing up there only becuase I know what I have done there as a teenager and young adult on many occasions
