Gear oil??

Hey there,
I'm going to check my berkley bowl for proper fluid level. Does it take 80-90 gear oil, or something else.
Is there anyone going to Castaic tomorrow, or another lake close by, maybe we could meet up???

Pull both plugs, pump it in one plug till it comes out all gear oil from the other.

I have always used 90 wt.

Don't they use grease? I believe the bowl end cap has a zerk fitting. Probably a bit of a pain with a droop and a diverter.

yeah it does & probably is..
so I use bearing Grease ?

im going to out tomarrow to do some testing at lake smellsamore
