After a bunch of beer one night a friend mine talked about replacing his swim platform and the cost was gonna be 1500 to 1800 for a tubular one, so i said what the hell Ill make you one. So below is what i ended up making for his 30ft checkmate. Also thanks to those on here that persuaded me to go anodized, it has yet to be done but soon. Also i engraved his valve covers and made lids for the K&N air cleaners. They have yet to be polished but you get the idea. After all this polishing i dont think i will be able to masterbate for a month!
Let me know what ya think.

We had it out in the sun most of day the other week drilling the holes in it for the L brackets and it never even got warm.
Thanks for the compliments so far!

Haas 60x30 cnc. The part was 90 inches long, I had run 2/3rds of it and slide it to get the rest. It barely cleared the openings on the end of the enclosed machine in the Y axis........about .005 it was so close that i actully slid a feeler gauge to check. It weighed 228 lbs when i started now its around 70. The underneath side is all pocketed out.

Damn, that is beautifull. I'd hate to know what that would cost if someone were to pay to have made.

That is AWESOME !!! Do you do that for a living/income??? If we need anything done we will look you up!!! Or is it a hobby and a pain in the ass during boating season

From what I hear he does it, but much like ThatJeffGuy, he likes to be paid for the work he does.
