Many of you have to have the same problem; I,m looking to update my handrails to pop-up cleats, grill covers ,low profile fuel fills. My problem is all grills are 31/2 in wide and my older cruizer has a 3 7/8 hole and no one makes a bezel or wider grill without going to a machinest for hundreds. Anyone know something I don't

Post some pics of your hull (where you are adding the hardware) and maybe someone can point you in the right direction.

I'll check and see if some of the grille cover's that we made a while back would accomodate that 3.875 hole diameter. If so, we've got a couple uncoated units left and could probably come in lower than "hundreds"

If ya wanna be different then everyone else and can't do it yourself then ya gotta pay.
Here is what I did to up-date and cover holes larger then the fuel fills. No CNC involved in these simple parts.

Damn Mike, Now I have to re-do mine just so I can be different! haha They look to close to each other. I only made those adapters bezals so it would cover the 4 holes left behind from the old flip up fills.
Really though that looks very nice. I'm going to buy some new low profile caps from you one of these days. The threads didn't change did they??

I am not sure how to get my pics on the thread but the vent grill looks just fine to me maybe not so many places for bolts but just fine. I installed new fuel fills and pop up cleats just looking to get rid of my air cowls
