It was a FELON in a STOLEN car that was RUNNING from the police ENDANGERING good citizens lives, who RESISTED ARREST .
The police had to use force to take this SHITBAG into custody,

I heard on the radio two days ago that another video was taken of police officers beating a high speed chase victim.
