Are houses really going for that up there? I have a 1992 1400sq ft house with a three car garage in Gilbert (Phoenix) with a little bit smaller lot that is worth $150k. I was looking at a new Fulton about 5 miles from where I am with 2300sq ft 4 car garage, RV gate and 11000sq ft lot with a community pool, parks and a new elementary school for $220k. My wife won't let me move to Havasu until there is a Target (so she can transfer), or I would be there.
havasu is the hip place to be man!!...no, actually it is gettin very pricey out there. maybe because there are not very many lots left???i dunno...i already started my new one because i didnt want to wait and have the prices still climbing on me.
