Try this place: http://www.finneys.com/
I don't have any personal experiance with them, but their website is pretty cool.
I beleive Wilkes Marine can also hook you up with the goods you are looking for. If you know the model and year of boat, I don't think they need you to bring your boat in. Never used em, but heard good stuff about em.

When I got my windshield made there, the owner started looking through his old brochures- he said he recognized my hull. Sure enough, he pulls out an old late 70's Wreidt brochure, and my boat's on the cover!
He said he might even have the original pattern, but I opted to turn mine around, so the point was moot.
I got mine from a guy in CA that advertised in HB mag. I had no windshield only holes were it used to be mounted. I made a patter of the hole layout (using kitchen wax paper) and mailed it to him. It cost a fortune, and the quality was just ok. He also made me pay the shipping costs COD and the insurance too.
There were lots of different windshields that we made for Tahiti during that period. If you call me at 928-680-6646 I will try to figure out what you need. Rodger Finney
