Well i took alittle visit over to the boat shop and talked to smiley.He was laminating a top to a new dana 27. So i ask out of the blue if the sw 20's were made with full lenght stringers and he told me that only a few were made with them and most were not.So i stand corrected and to answer you question on the stringers, they do not and yes they should.
Im glad a went there becuase i learnd alot just being there for a short while and just watching pros do there thing..
No i do not have a way to contact him.Have not seen him around in years but i will do some checking for you.
