i have 79 miller, w/bbc stock, berckley 12jc w/b impeller. i added the diverter (manual) and i cant get it to throw a rooster? what did i do wrong??? help...

Check to see if the diverter is going all the way up.
What kind of diverter? Place ? JetOvator (er) ?
Some pics of your setup would help.

Lock your handle so the rooster would be all the way up, then go to the nozle and try to push it down. If you can push it down there is play in the cable. Adjust it so you can not push the nozle down when its up all the way.
You might have to adjust both ends of the cable to get it right :idea:
