Do you have a part number?
I have a set(10) of NEW 4.500" BME pistons, exact dome volume unknown, but they will be fairly high compression. Dome is about .250", 1.525" compression height. They should work with 4.250" crank with standard length (6.135") rods in a standard deck block,, or 6.535" (.400" long) rods in a tall deck block. $500

They are 494SD,, but BME stuff is basically custom order. If you check their website, you will see they cost $104.75 each.
Any idea on compression?
I don't have the dome volume, but I think they are probably around 30-32cc, based on a .500" tall dome on a 4.500" ross piston that displaces 45cc. That should make them around or just over 12-1 with 119cc chambers.
I have a used set of 6.535 Carrillos that would work with these in a tall deck $450.
Priced dropped to $450,, less than half the price from BME!
bump
wouldn't happen to know the head chamber design of the domes(open/closed dart, stock, etc.) and weight of the pistons do ya??

I don't have a weight for them, but they are a regular open chamber type dome.
