I agree, the civil war is inevitable. Bush recently pledged $18 million to help the 4 million iraqi refugees - by my math that's $4.50 a person. We're spending 6 billion a month in this war, so an incremental 20-30 million really isn't that big of a deal, in my opinion.

Crime is in their blood and culture and written history and it will soar astronomically.
They come from a system that not only punishes the criminal harshly, but the criminals family suffers painfull, horrible, bloody retributions as well.
The American justice system is a joke to them. It's ridiculous to them.
The militas are all taking a breather & re-arming during the "surge"
